Open Heart Retreat, Lake Atitlán Jan. 29 - Feb. 4, 2027
$4,095 - $5,195 per person
Non- refundable deposit of $500 required to save your spot. The remaining balance of the payment due by October 30, 2026. Read refund policy.
Welcome to the Open Heart Retreat
Come away with us to Lake Atitlán for a week of movement, connection, adventure, and deep rest. This is your chance to step out of your everyday routine and reconnect — with yourself, with nature, and with a group of incredible women doing the same.
Our days will start with energizing vinyasa flows overlooking the lake, followed by time to journal, reflect, and just be. Throughout the week, we'll drop into breathwork circles with Kristin Royseland, creating space to release, reset, and open up in a deeper way. Evenings wind down with slow, grounding yin before bed.
The Setting
Casa Paloma sits just outside San Marcos La Laguna on the shores of Lake Atitlán — one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, ringed by volcanoes and Mayan villages, and reached by boat across shimmering water. It's a place that begins working on you the moment you arrive.
The Retreat Space
Our yoga shala overlooks the lake and Volcán San Pedro, with a hardwood floating platform that's gentle on your joints, a roof for rainy days, night lighting, and a waterfall nearby that provides a natural soundtrack. We provide mats, blocks, straps, and a quality Bluetooth sound system.
Beyond the shala, the property offers a main swimming dock with hammocks and hanging chairs, a massage dock with privacy curtains and a vintage cayuco boat hanging from the rafters, a rose and hammock garden with chaises for sunbathing, and a spacious gathering room with a fireplace for cooler evenings.
The temescal (sauna) is fired up daily with fresh eucalyptus, with an outdoor shower alongside and the lake just steps away for a cold plunge between rounds. Three kayaks and a paddleboard are available, and Casa Paloma's private bay means no boat traffic to worry about.
Rosa handles the cooking — including legendary pizza from the wood-fired oven, with options like pesto (basil from our organic garden) and pear, arugula, and blue cheese. An outdoor kitchen is also available for light snacking, stocked with freshly roasted local coffee.
Now — find the room that's calling your name.
