REFUND POLICY

To secure a spot in the retreat, you will need to pay a $500 deposit that is non-refundable. The rest of your payment, depending on which accommodation you choose, will be due by September 1, 2026.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT & BOOKING DEADLINE

This retreat requires a minimum of 12 participants to run. All bookings and deposits must be received by October 30th.

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT

If we do not reach the minimum of 12 participants by October 30th, the retreat will be cancelled and your $500 deposit and any payments made, will be returned to you in full. We will notify all registered participants by November 5th..

GUEST CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your reservation, your $500 deposit is non-refundable. However, we encourage you to find a friend who can take your place — spot transfers are welcome with advance notice.

We recommend waiting to book non-refundable flights until after November 5th, when we confirm the retreat is a go. We can't wait to journey to Guatemala with you.
