OPEN HEART
RETREAT
LAKE ATITLÁN, GUATELMALA
JANUARY 29 - FEBRUARY 4, 2027
Come away with us to Lake Atitlán for a week of movement, connection, adventure, and deep rest.
The Open Heart Retreat is your chance to step out of your everyday routine and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with a group of incredible women doing the same.
GROUNDING
RETREAT
ZION NATIONAL PARK
October 14-17, 2026
Ready to feel more grounded? Join us for this women’s yoga retreat set against the breathtaking red rock landscapes of Zion National Park. This mid-October gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself—held in one of the most awe-inspiring natural sanctuaries in the Southwest.
We’ll be staying at Namastay, a beautiful yoga retreat venue in Springdale, Utah, just minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. Our days will be intentionally spacious and gently structured, blending movement, stillness, adventure, and rest.
Together we’ll practice fiery yoga in the mornings, gentle yin yoga at night, guided meditations, and reflective journaling designed to help reconnect with yourself. A guided canyoneering excursion will offer a powerful opportunity to move through nature with presence, courage, and play—an unforgettable way to experience Zion from the inside out.
Enjoy chef-prepared meals, thoughtfully created to support your body and energy, and also plan on plenty of free time to explore—wander the adorable shops of Springdale, book a massage, enjoy an e-bike ride through Zion, hike among towering canyon walls, or simply rest and soak in the beauty around you.
This women-only retreat is designed to feel grounding, connected, and deeply supportive—a space where you can exhale, be held in community, and reconnect with both nature and yourself.
Come as you are. Leave feeling rooted, renewed, and more deeply aligned.
METTA:
Metta means to care and wish well for another being without judging them, to accept them independently of agreeing or disagreeing with them, and without wanting anything from them in return. It is a universal love that can overcome all social, religious, ethnic, political and economic barriers. As a result of metta, one can experience another state of the four Buddhist virtues: joy, a true happiness in another’s happiness.
